A Tucson man was sentenced Monday in connection with a 2016 killing in Santa Rita Park.

Phillip Lewis Jr., who was convicted of negligent homicide -- a fourth-degree felony -- will serve five years in jail. He will get credit for having served 565 days of the sentence already.

Police say Lewis killed the 31-year-old Shane Saint James, whom he knew, following an argument.
