The father accused of murdering his wife and 15-year-old, and attempting to murder his 17-year-old son, was in Superior Court today.
The state did not offer Hernando Enriquez a plea. His attorney is going to offer a "Guilty Except Insane" defense for Enriquez.

The 12 day trial has been scheduled for September 10th, 2019. The trial will have a 12 person jury.
A status conference for the case is set for April 8th, 2019.
