Authorities say a man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting near a hookah lounge in Tucson last month.
Tucson police say 22-year-old Dominic Blount arrived at a nearby hospital seeking treatment for a non-life threatening gunshot wound after the June 27 shooting.
Gang detectives interviewed Blount as part of their continuing investigation and spoke with additional witnesses from the scene.
Police say probable cause was established to arrest Blount in the shooting of Avrum Diaz.
He's been booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder.
It's unclear if Blount has a lawyer yet.
