Leman Academy of Excellence hosted a Math and Science Night Thursday at 7720 N. Silverbell Road campus.
Students showed of science projects, including geologic and rocketry displays, and practiced their math skills.
The academy, a charter school with multiple locations, was founded by Dr. Kevin Leman, a New York Times bestselling self-help author.
KGUN Chief Meteorologist Erin Christiansen was live at the event, giving viewers a look inside the celebration of education.
