TUCSON, Ariz. - Nearly 700 high school students and their biology teachers get the chance to learn about DNA.
DNA Day at Cholla High School raises awareness about discoveries in the science world.
During the events this week, students will learn about what makes DNA unique and how important DNA is to jobs in the science world from University of Arziona researchers.
DNA Day has been observed since 2003, but this is the first time there has been a Tucson event.
