Police arrested a man who allegedly murdered another man Monday night.
The Tucson Fire Department responded to a Lifeline activation on the 3500 block of E 3rd near Speedway and Richey around 11 p.m. Monday night.
When they entered the home, Police say 46-year-old Mitchell Smith was dead with "obvious signs of trauma."
Tucson police officers tell KGUN9 the man appeared to live on his own, and homicide detectives will continue to investigate and follow leads.

Police say Smith lived alone, and his vehicle was found near 4th Ave. and 6th Street. Police arrested 48-year-old Scott Baucom after finding him with several of Smith's items.
Baocom faces first degree murder and armed robbery charges. No bond has been set.
