TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - One amazing girl named Katie definitely helped brighten the day of some Pima County deputies.
Jeffrey Blair sent a message to PCSD saying, "I took my daughter to breakfast this morning and she saw some of your officers eating at a table near us. She wanted to thank them for all the things they do to protect everyone, so she bought them all breakfast with her own money!"
He said in his message that Katie refused to let him pay for it and said it wouldn't the same if he paid instead of her.
Katie also got to meet K-9 officers Manson and Biko.
Jeffrey continued by saying, "I'm sure you don't hear it enough, but thanks for everything your officers do to protect everyone."
Maybe Katie will be a new PCSD recruit in 12 years, said her father.
