PHOENIX - All you lottery players think back. If you played certain games, on a certain date six years ago, you could claim part of a $4.3 million lawsuit settlement.
The suit centers around what's called the biggest lottery fraud in U.S. History.
Eddie Tipton, the former security chief for the Multi-State Lottery Association admitted rigging the system so he could get millions.
He's in prison now facing a 25-year sentence.
This class action lawsuit settlement with the Association involves numerous games in several states.
In Arizona, The Pick and Fantasy 5 are part of the settlement.
BUT, you had to have a losing ticket for those games on November 23rd, 2013 in order to qualify.
Proof of purchase is not required for 10 tickets, but is required for compensation beyond that.
And the amount you can get depends on how many people file claims.
The deadline to file is January 7, 2020.
The Association claims no wrongdoing.
