Weekends are always great downtown, but this weekend is going to be especially busy. Luckily, the streetcar is offering some free rides for everyone trying to get around.
During the weekend of November 10-11, Sun Link is giving free rides sponsored by the DUSK Music Festival, Holualoa Companies, and Herbert Residential.
The DUSK Music Festival is taking place in Armory Park this year. Those attending the festival can hop on at any streetcar stop and then get off at 6th Avenue. The music festival opens at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Sun Link will be running until 2 a.m. on Saturday, and will extend service hours until 1 a.m. on Sunday.
It's also Second Saturdays Downtown Tucson, so the streetcar will definitely come in handy for that.
