TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police say they made four arrests at Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails in Downtown Tucson early Friday morning.
According to TPD, two bartenders, Amber Dietz & Pablo Carney, were arrested for overserving.
In addition, security guard Ashton Carrizoza and customer Eddie Leyvas were arrested for narcotics sales.

Police made these arrests as a result of an investigation that began after recent alcohol-fueled fights, TPD said.
"There's been so much progress downtown; there's so much to take pride in, that we're not going to let a few bad actors take away from what people and local businesses have built," Chief Magnus said in a press conference Friday afternoon.
In response to these arrests and recent fights, Magnus says TPD will increase enforcement. Magnus also promised arrests for those who come to Downtown Tucson looking for a fight.
