Arizonans up north are waking up to a fresh coating of snow Sunday morning.
Snowbowl says it will be closed Sunday due to the heavy coating of snow in Flagstaff. The resort reported six inches of snow in some parts, claiming a forecasted total of 15 inches is expected through Monday.

The Arizona Department of Transportation, meanwhile, is warning drivers of slick and icy road conditions on some highways, including State Routes 89A and 87.

Through the evening, the National Weather Service in Flagstaff is forecasting showers and thunderstorms in the area through Sunday afternoon and evening.
