Five arrested in Sierra Vista drug bust

The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested five people on multiple counts of drug possession. 

According to a press release from the Cochise County Sheriff's Office, the arrests were made Friday at 448 West Wilcox Drive. Methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia were located at the scene.

The arrests were the culmination of a weeks-long investigation. Gailland Ballou, who was the primary target and tenant, was arrested on multiple counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and the possession for sale of a dangerous drug.

Also arrested on the scene were:

April Will for the possession of a dangerous drug.

Michael Howard for the possession of a dangerous drug and the destruction of evidence.

Joshua Garcia for two failure to appear warrants.

Codie Hummell for one failure to appear warrant.

This Cochise County Sheriff's Office is continuing this investigation.
