Tucson firefighters rescued five kittens from a storm drain near River and Oracle with the help of Pima Animal Care Center and the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality on Saturday morning.
After the rescue, animal control took the kittens to the vet to make sure they are in good health and ready for adoption.
The kittens are estimated to be less than a week old.
