TUCSON, Ariz. - After opening two locations on Tucson eastside and planning one for midtown, Dutch Bros. Coffee is expanding into Marana.
Thompson Thrift Retail Group says the trendy coffee shop is part of its plans for a new development in Marana at the northeast corner of Cortaro and Interstate 10.
Construction of the 9,000 square feet retail complex will begin in May. No other tenants have been announced.
“The Cortaro community has welcomed us with open arms. We are excited to start construction on this location and we look forward to serving our future customers!” Dutch Bros. Coffee real estate vice president Aaron Harris said in a statement.
Dutch Bros. is currently operating locations at 120 S. Wilmot Road and 10105 E. Old Vail Road, with plans to open shops in Sahuarita and at 4625 E. Grant Road.
