Douglas police say an officer was involved in a shooting Friday morning.
According to police, the shooting was in the 900 block of 16th Street.
Upon arrival, officers encountered a victim drenched in gasoline and a suspect that was holding an incendiary device. This incident is what lead to the officer-involved shooting.
The victim, a suspect, was flown to Tucson for treatment. His condition is not known.
Police advised the public to stay away from the area while the investigation was underway.
