According to deputy Cody Gress, the scene is in the 2800 block of South Sheila Avenue.

A 38-year-old man was stabbed to death and a suspect is on the loose.

The call came in before 3 a.m. and allegedly involved a confrontation between 32-year-old suspect James Murray Reaves, the victim, and a 34-year-old woman whom Reaves also allegedly stabbed.

Reaves went to a nearby Circle K after the stabbing and left his car there. He was picked up by someone in a white pickup truck.
