The Department of Homeland Security is warning people of a new phone scam targeting people around the country.
Scammers claim to work for U.S. Immigration and demand personal information from people.
They use a technique so the call looks like it is coming from the Department of Homeland Security's hotline number.
DHS says they never use the hotline to make outgoing calls.
