The intersection at West Congress Street and the southbound Interstate 10 frontage road has reopened in all directions.

Tucson Police are investigating a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist at West Congress Street and the South Freeway frontage road.
The crash took place at just before 7 a.m. The cyclist, an adult male, was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The intersection is currently shut down, according to TPD.
Commuters should expect delays and seek alternate routes.
