TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Police and Tucson Fire responded to a serious motorcycle collision.
Last night TPD and TFD were called to a motorcycle involved wreck on Valencia Road and Missiondale Road around 7:30 p.m.
The motorcyclist involved was taken to Banner University Medical Center. He did died from his injuries.
He has been identified as 28-year-old Carlos Armenta.
Armenta was traveling westbound in the center lane on Valencia Road. A man driving a 2014 Chevy Camaro struck him while making a left turn on Missiondale Road.
Armenta was driving a 2006 Suzuki SV6 Sport Bike. He was wearing a helmet.
Speed or impairment do not appear to be factors in the collision.
There have been no arrests or citations issued as of now.
