A child abuse suspect has been arrested by the Sahuarita Police Department after turning himself in on Wednesday, January 16.
Per a SPD press release, David Clark walked into the Sahuarita Police Station with his attorney around 12:30 p.m.
Clark has been booked at the Pima County jail on charges of sexual conduct with a minor (two counts), failure to report child abuse, sexual assault, and continuous sexual abuse of a minor.
Prior to David Clark's arrest, Sahuarita Police arrested Stephanie Clark for two counts of child abuse and two counts of failure to report child abuse. She was booked and then released from jail.
