TUCSON, Ariz. — CenturyLink customers are having problems across the nation, including some 911 call centers.
According to the website downdetector.com, the company has been experiencing problems all day with both phone and internet services. Problems reported to the website appear to be hitting customers across the nation.
One of the 911 call centers affected is in Cochise County. The entire center was offline at one point Thursday morning, but the center is still having intermittent issues as of Thursday afternoon.
The company says it's aware of the issues as some help features on its website aren't working.
Our network is experiencing a disruption affecting customer services. We understand some customers are currently unable to generate tickets through the CTL help portal. We know how important services are to our customers and are working to restore services as quickly as possible.
