TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Last Wednesday evening, US Border Patrol and Customs and Border Protection apprehended 17 migrants traveling through the Growler Mountains near Ajo.
The US Border Patrol Ajo Station All-Terrain Unit received assistance from CBP Air and Marine Operations to surround the group on a ridgeline. The 17 migrants were all apprehended before nightfall.
