The Catalina Foothills High School teacher who resigned on Friday after accusations of having an inappropriate relationshipwith a student has been arrested.
Pima County Sheriff's deputies investigated the case and after speaking with witnesses and collecting evidence, they determined that 45-year-old Charles Schubert had been in an ongoing sexual relationship with a student at the school.
The Pima County Attorney's Office charged Schubert with two counts on Sexual Conduct with a Minor and one count of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation.
