TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — While on duty, a Casa Grande Station Horse Patrol agent was seriously injured on Sept. 29.
Tucson Sector BORSTAR and CBP AMO airlifted him to Tucson for emergency care.
The agent is in recovery.
