TUCSON, Ariz. - Today thousands of veterans across the nation received free dental care from Aspen Dental.
Aspen opened close to 500 of their offices for the 6th annual day of service.
An Aspen Dental office in Tucson saw almost 12 patients in the first half of the day, and there are many more appointments scheduled for the rest of the day.
Shatoye Rodriguez Aspen Dental office manager says "A lot of happy patients. A lot of happy veterans. Super excited to get their care taken care of."
Aspen Dental says that veterans sometimes struggle to find dental care when needed.
Their mission is to start the "healthy mouth movement."
