A warrant has been issued for the suspect of Sunday's hit and run that killed two people.
TPD has identified the suspect as 30-year-old Sean Michael Yacks.
Yacks is described as a white man, 5'10'', 170 pounds with brown/blonde hair and blue eyes. Police say he has multiple tattoos including an "AZ" on the center back of his neck, "9-29-11" on his left wrist, and a mural on his right leg.
Police say that Yacks is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 9-1-1 immediately.
