Jodi Arias' lawyers are getting more time to file the opening brief in her appeal of her murder conviction.
The latest and now-erased deadline was Wednesday but the Court of Appeals didn't set a new deadline as it granted a defense motion for an extension.
The court is still considering a request by Arias' lawyers to file her appeal brief under seal and it set new deadlines in the next two weeks for further comment from prosecutors and Arias' defense team on that issue.
The order said it will set a new filing deadline for the appeal when it rules on the pending motion for sealing the brief.
Arias is serving a life sentence in ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander's 2008 death.
