According to ESPN, University of Arizona basketball player Allonzo Trier will return for his junior season.

Trier, a guard who averaged 17.2 points per game last season, will add significantly to the team's recruiting class, which ranks among the top in the country.

Fellow Wildcats Lauri Markkanen and Kobi Simmons have also declared for the draft and have hired agents. Rawle Alkins and Chance Comanche have declared for the draft without hiring agents and could still return.

Trier missed nineteen games last year after testing positive for a performance enhancing drug. He also missed part of his freshman season with a broken hand. Trier was projected by analysts to be a second round pick had he declared for the NBA draft.
