Since 1990 the All Souls Procession has been held in different parts of Tucson.
For the first time, the procession will cut through Barrio Hollywood.
Carlos Vargas is the owner of El Rio Bakery, located along the procession's route.
"We hope this will be great for our businesses. This procession will bring from all over the city visit," Vargas said.
Over the past couple years, Vargas says his business has struggled financially.
He says this procession comes as a blessing for him and many of his neighboring businesses. Vargas is staying open later to accommodate the crowd, as thousands of people are expected to walk past his bakery.
"We are going to be there to provide the best service we can to everyone," Vargas said. "We will have mainly sweet bread and some food too. In the end, I hope many people come."
Vargas, who has loyal customers, is optimistic that those who sample his bakery for the first time will return.
