Owners of the Apple Annie's Orchard in Willcox say they do have lots of red and Golden Delicious apples ready for people to pick.

Earlier this year, the orchard lost their peaches to frost, but they say they have plenty of other fruit now for customers to enjoy.

They are expecting Granny Smith apples to be ready later this month. Their fall pumpkin celebrations kick off this Saturday.

Picking at Apple Annie's takes place at two locations. The orchards, where you will find the apples, are located at 2081 W. Hardy Road in Willcox, and is open daily, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The produce patch, where you will find the pumpkins, is at 6405 W. Williams Road in Willcox and is also open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Apple Annie's also has a country store at 1510 N. Circle I Road, that is also open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you're planning a visit, you might want to coincide the trip with any one of its special events taking place through the end of October.

On Sept. 23 and 24, the farm will be celebrating everything apple pie with its My-Oh-My Apple Pie Weekend.

There is a Cider Donut Festival Sept. 30-Oct. 1 and a Fall Pumpkin Celebration that starts this weekend and runs every weekend through Oct. 29.

Looking for a challenge? Try the 12.5 acre, 600,000-stalk corn maze that opened Sept. 16. The maze is open daily from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the produce area of Apple Annie's, 6405 W. Williams Road. Admission to enter is $10 for ages 12 and older, and $8 for ages 3-11. A hayride is also available for $5 per person.
