7 arrested in drug ring bust

Law enforcement agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Administration and local authorities arrested seven suspects who are allegedly part of a drug trafficking ring Tuesday.

Authorities say the arrests were the culmination of a two-year investigation that also included indictments of 13 other defendants earlier this month.

The suspects face charges including money laundering, child abuse, manufacturing, possessing and selling illegal drugs and public benefit fraud.

Arrestees include Sean Player Dixon, 43; Ricky Manning Jr., 36; Jeneayi Manning Qualls, 34; Raymond Pro, 40; Makayla Bower, 23; Anthony Torres, 43 and; Jennifer Estrada, 39 were all arrested Tuesday. 

"Our collaboration with our federal and local law enforcement partners is the strongest it has ever been," said Scott Brown, special agent in charge of HSI Phoenix, in a statement. "By combining our resources, authorities, and intelligence, we’re determined to identify and dismantle these criminal organizations one by one."
