Classes resume following bomb threat at San Manuel school

TUCSON, Ariz. - Mammoth-San Manuel PK-12 School was evacuated Thursday due to a threat.

According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Department, deputies were called out to the school at 1:30 p.m. due to a reports bomb threat.

After investigating, deputies say a note was found in one of the school's bathrooms that mentioned a bomb threat.

Students were evacuated to the school's football field as the campus was investigated.

All students were safe and accounted for and it was determined there was no threat.

Classes are resumed as normal.

The school is located at 711 S. McNab Parkway in San Manuel.
