Since many students are still learning online, many parents look to homeschooling as an option.

Two moms, Kristel Phillips and Laura Michaud, created a new coaching service, Crossroads Homeschool Coaching, to help parents navigate these new options.

"Because of the things parents are so concerned about is being there child’s teacher," Michaud said. "They question, 'are they going to see me as their teacher?'"

The two have been homeschooling their kids for years and wanted to use their wisdom to help others.

They're starting a new Facebook Challenge on August 31st.

"A series of (Facebook) lives everyday that will cover different topics about teaching," Michaud said.

Their goal is to turn parents into confident teachers.

"Just relax," Michaud said. "No matter what decision you make, just relax. It’s going to be okay. It’s going to be okay. If you decide to homeschool, you’re not going to mess it up."
