A wildfire near Fort Huachuca is now completely contained.
According to the Whetstone Fire District Facebook page, the fire is burning outside of the east gate of Fort Huachuca. The Whetstone Fire District says it was asked to assist along with state forestry workers.
It was reported as around 300 acres but has grown to nearly 800.
Crews are now just putting out hot spots.
