Cut into the Santa Catalina Mountains, the canyon has some of the most dramatic, awe-inspiring scenery and views in Southern Arizona.
More than 1 million people visit Sabino Canyon each year, with more than 150,000 of them taking a shuttle that makes eight-mile, guided tour round trips.
The best way to explore Sabino Canyon is on foot. There are trails for every experience level. Expert hikers will find challenges in the Phone Line Trail, Blacketts Ridge Trail and Bear Canyon Trail to Seven Falls.
The scenery and wildlife are fascinating, with saguaros, lizards and snakes dwelling in the area.
