Thousands show up for Trump rally

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Thousands of supporters and protestors showed up for the Donald Trump rally at the Tucson Convention Center on Saturday afternoon.

"We are going to build a wall, a real wall, a major wall. We are going to build a wall, and are you ready? Who's going to pay for the wall? Mexico! 100%."
 
Donald Trump touched on topics close to home for southern Arizonans. 
 
"Right now, we have a trade deficit with Mexico of $58 billion a year. The wall is going to cost $10 billion to build. Really easy when I say they're gonna pay, that's gonna be really easy folks, really easy.">
 
"We are gonna start winning again. We are gonna win with our military, and we're gonna kick ISIS where it hurts. We are gonna win with our military. We're gonna win with our vets we're gonna take care of our vets. We're gonna win with healthcare, we are gonna have great healthcare for a much smaller number. We are gonna win with taxes, we are gonna reduce your taxes, look at my tax plan."
 
And after nearly a year of unusual campaign tactics, he says his family is asking him to change his ways. 
 
"So my daughter Ivanka, my wife, Melania, they say, 'please, now act a little more presidential,' I say, I can't until I finish my victory, Ill act presidential."
 
Trump also working to change his relationship with the Latin-American community.
 
"Look at that sign. Latinos support trump, I love you, I love you!"
 
And he ended the rally with a promise. 
 
"If I win, I will remember the people of Tucson, I will remember the people of Arizona, I will remember the people of Arizona."
