As we approach election day in November our students are learning more about it as well.
Students in Mrs. Williams 7th grade class are learning about topics such as immigration and spending.
"We're trillions of dollars in debt. My grandfather tells me everyday. Money doesn't make you happy but it will help the economy and we need that right now," Haleigh Wade, a student, told KGUN9.
Mrs. Williams class' lesson also consisted of the students learning how to run a campaign.
