SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a small plane made a belly landing while having landing gear trouble while landing at Scottsdale Airport Saturday.
Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Allen Kenitzer says the pilot was the only person aboard and wasn't injured.
A photo posted online by azfamily.com showed the plane upright and on its belly with its fuselage apparently intact on a paved surface.
No additional information was immediately available.
