A woman has serious injuries after being struck by a car near Campbell and Irvington.
The woman was helping with a stalled vehicle when she was struck.
The car that hit her remained on scene.
The intersection is closed according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay with Tucson Police Department.
The roads will be closed for the next several hours.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
The woman is in critical but stable condition.
