Pima Animal Care Center is holding an adoption event this weekend to help their rescue pets keep cool.
PACC is offering fee-free adoptions Thursday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 21st.
Potential pet parents will still need to pay a $17 licensing fee.
PACC officials say they're also taking precautions in their outdoor tents to keep the animals cool including installing extra fans and making refreshing healthy treats.
