Tucson police say El Rio Health Center delayed its Wednesday opening time due to an unspecified threat.
Sgt. Kimberly Bay said the call came in overnight via phone. The clinic, at 800 W. Congress, was also threatened yesterday. Police swept and cleared the building. The clinic opened at 9 a.m. after a 90-minute delay.
