The Frye Fire burning seven miles southwest of Safford has grown to 631 acres at 0 percent containment.
According to the Coronado National Forest Service, the fire began on June 7 and was caused by lightning. There are currently 10 firefighters assigned, with 10 engines, five crews, three helicopters, one dozer and one excavator.
