Seeing smoke? Authorities tell us there is a scrap yard fire burning on Tucson's southside.
Deputy Code Gress with the Pima County Sheriff's Department confirms the fire took place at The Scrap Yard located at 3174 E. Ajo Way.

Gress also says the fire is now under control.
Rural/Metro is the responding fire agency on scene.
