Deputies investigating robbery at U.S. Bank

Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department are investigating a robbery at the U.S. Bank on 7110 North Oracle Road from Friday. 

At 4 p.m. deputies responded to the bank for a report of a robbery. 

As they arrived, they learned that a male suspect entered the Safeway store where the bank is located, handed the bank teller a bag and demanded cash from the drawer. 

Deputies say the teller gave the cash to the suspect and then he left the store. 

He is described as Caucasian, appearing to be in his 50's, is approximately 5'10" in height with a medium build. 

He was last seen wearing a University of Arizona hat over a Santa hat with glasses, a red button down long sleeve shirt and jeans. 

Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect. 

Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
