Crews put out Avra Valley mobile home blaze

Crews put out a mobile home fire in Avra Valley Wednesday morning.

According to Avra Valley Fire, a single-wide mobile home in the 12600 block of Sandy Street caught fire in the 7 a.m. hour. 

Crews put out the fire, which fully engulfed the building, within 10 minutes, and prevented it from spreading to nearby structures.

The home was abandoned and no one was injured at the scene. The fire caused $40,000 in damage, and is under investigation.
