Downtown growth continues to gain momentum with the opening of a new hotel.
The AC Hotel at 151 E. Broadway, which opens today, is the first new hotel to open in downtown in 40 years.

The eight-story, 4,800 square feet building has 136 rooms, as well as 1,500 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate as many as 100 people.
